Anyone who is based in New Zealand and providing immigration advice about New Zealand immigration matters requires a license (unless they are exempt) Immigration New Zealand will refuse to accept applications from unlicensed onshore advisers, unless they are exempt. In addition, anyone who is based offshore and who is providing immigration advice about New Zealand immigration matters must be licensed by 4 May 2010 at the latest.
